I clutched my eyes tighter, trying to block the sunlight that felt the need to filtered through the half open blinds. I buried my head more into Terra’s chest. “I don’t want to get up!” I whined, my voice mumbled. A soft chuckle came from him; he simply began to stroke my hair. I liked the feel of his fingers gently caressing my blue locks. We had fallen asleep on his bed holding each and awoken the same way. I felt him move, sitting up and somewhat pulling me with him, our legs still tangled together. He pulled my body closer to his, bending his head to caress my neck with a kiss from his soft lips. I giggled at the sensation. But I pushed away.
“As much as I wish to cuddle with this new-found body pillow (I saw him smirk), I promised Xion that I would go to see her after you woke up,”I explained, moving off the bed.
“Xion?…As in your sister Xion? She’s..here?” Terra said bewildered. I giggled at his expression.
“Yes. She arrived here with Larxene, my friend. Larxene is the new nurse here on base.” I opened my drawers, finding the few casual clothes i had. “Turn around. The bathroom door broke five days ago.” He turned reluctantly towards the wall. I continued as I changed. “Her and Xion live off-base in an apartment together; Xion started working at a local cafe there. You can look.” I looked in the bathroom. Satisfied with my loose dark blue jeans and black graphic T not showing any curves, I grabbed a cap out of my trunk.
“Terra…please..don’t hurt yourself anymore. We’ll deal with Cox later, together, okay?” I leaned over to kiss his cheek. “‘Till later…” I whispered in his ear, before turning around and leaving.

I watched her leave, not sure if i was happy that she was going out and doing something, or sad that she was leaving me.
I shrugged and got up, went over and pulled on some baggy shorts and a tight T-shirt.
I pulled on my boots and walked out the front door, into the new, hot day.
I ended up walking over to axles house to find him sprawled on his bed with beer bottles around him…
“you know…you shouldnt drink alone,” I said as i tossed the trash off his bed.
“Come to think of it… I can drink with you now..I turned 21 about nine days ago.” I chuckled at the thought.
“mm..terra………” he flopped over again and almost passed out.
I pulled him closer to me, and slapped his face multiple times to get his attention and to wake the man up.
And as i expected, it worked nicely.
“I have something I want to talk to you about…” I said pulling him off the bed and onto his feet.
He stared at me and shook his head.. “eh?…waht is it?” He asked.
I grinned, “I want to get Cox Fired…”
With that, axel perked up, “Go on…i’m listening….”
With that I ended up explaining what he did to aqua after finding out that she was a she, and then what happened when i saw her in my room, beaten up, in underwear, and that I went after him, beat him up and left him. After he stabbed me a couple times.
Axel said it was possible to get him fired, as long as we got another well known person in the military field to help… “Marluxia..” he said as he was getting ready.
He explained that Mar has been in the military almost all his life. he had a great reputation, that struck fear into men’s hearts, and was well known.
Axel went on to say, “Mar never liked Cox….and he also has witnessed first hand what Cox was doing with her..”
I smiled and told him that I wanted the three of us to get him fired, by the end of the week if we could.
I sighed saying that we needed to go to higher ups…but Axel said it would be no problem since he had a lot of connections.
Axel was done getting dressed and pulled on some shoes on.
We left the house and started for the medical wing, I saw Cox out of the corner of my eye, and it heat flared up in me, I still wanted to beat the shit out of him.
I started to rush for him, but Axel luckily held me back and told me to wait.
I agreed that it wouldn’t be smart so we kept walking until we were in front of Marluxia telling him our idea that we just discussed.
“hmm…your Ideas are seeming brutal Mr fair…..and i’m stunned that Mr. Ignis agreed.” the man smiled and then put his paperwork down, “I couldn’t agree more with the two of you. I am fascinated that you want to carry out this ordeal, but alas, i am with you.”
We all three discussed that we would go to the higher ups and tell them, present our case, let them decide. And if they needed any hard evidence, both mine, and aquas, well mostly mine, is evidence for them to use at their disposal.

“I don’t like either one of them!” Whined the small eighteen year old girl who looked like a fourteen year old boy after I explained what had happened over the last sixteen days Terra had been out. “They’re both trying to take you away from Ru-ru and I!” Xion pouted with her lower lip sticking out.
“Oh, Xio-Xio, Terra’s not going to take me away, silly!” I smiled at her, ruffling her short blue black hair.
“I don’t like any of them. That loud-mouth carrot top clown face scares me the most through…His tattoos are so weird! Why are they even on his fface?! Does he want to be a freaking clown?! Why is he even in the Army?! I can’t go any where on that base without running in to him! Fourteen times in sixteen days! Fourteen sixteen!” Xion exclaimed loudly. It was a good thing it was only us two in the cafe at the moment, save for the blonde spiky haired boy who was dead asleep, drooling, in a chair by the front counter. He stirred, open his eyes briefly before letting his head fall back with a snore. we giggled at him.
“Looks like someone had a rough night.”
“Naa, that’s just Ventus Val a Tine; he is either asleep or running around like crazy. He’s a fellow waiter here along with his twin, Roxas. Ven is the older one, but Roxas is more mature….” She smiled, finally. “Kinda like Riku and me!”
“How is Riku? How come he’s not with you? What’s happening with Cloud and everyone else?” I asked. I missed everyone from back home.
Xion stretched in the chair, arching her back . “Cloud’s started his own business by being a devilry guy. He’s gotten better with his motion sickness. Sora has finally asked Kairi out. Odette, Hayner, and Pence have all gone to baseball camp. Namine was accepted at the art school of her choice with a full scholarship…” she paused to catch her breath and to think of the rest, “Tifa was promoted to Manger at Seven Heaven. Vanitas is still up north with his college professors and Uncle Miles for research of some animal they found. And Riku’s fine. He stayed behind to help with Donna’s flower shop; that, and in case…you know…Xan comes home…” Xion sat up and looked at me straight in the eyes, scared to hope, but hoped never the less. I knew what was coming, what she wanted to know, but I let her ask me anyway. She reached across the table, grasping my hand with her’s and asked, “Have you found out anything about Xan’s disappearance?” Her voice was so low and soft I had to strain to hear the question.
I looked away from her, ashamed. I came to this place to find out information on our older brother’s strange disappearance two years ago. “I haven’t…I haven’t looked into anything…”
Xion’s eyes flashed angrily. She released my clammy hand, standing up in a huff.
“It’s cause of that dirty farm boy, isn’t it?! Isn’t it?! You were to ask around for info, but instead you’ve been following some guy like a bitch!” She narrowed her nostrils and her eyes, peering down at me. “You don’t care about us! you left Riku and I behind, just like Xan! You didn’t even wait for a good-bye. You just went on your own, while we were at school, like a coward!” Tears started to roll down her round red face. My heartstring, not from her words of angr, but from the truth of her feelings. “Mama and Papa left us, but we had each other. Then Xan left us, but we held on…Now, you are becoming someone else and some guy wants to take you with him…I didn’t want to come here! I didn’t want to leave Riku! Because now we’re so scattered! ” She collapsed back into the chair, “But Riku begged me!”
I watched her sob. I walked to her and pulled her into a hug, my own tears blurring her in my field of vision. She clung tightly back, her face hidden in the curve of my neck. If it wasn’t for the current situation, I would have laughed. Xion and I use to be the same height and looked so much more alike than her and Riku, that people thought we were twins, but now…she barely reached my eyebrows. This realization made me feel a pang of sadness, for she was right, at least, that I had changed.

I walked out of the briefing room, after talking with the higher ups about the situation with Cox.
I sighed hoping I did the right thing, tho It may cost my position too.
I thanked Marluxia and Axel for helping me with this task, and hoped it actually worked.
We conversed for a minute before heading out of the building, when I got called back into the meeting room.
I walked in hesitantly wondering if it was time that I got demoted, or maybe thrown out of the military all together.
“Sit down Terra.” An older man with white hair said, he was the main guy that gave the orders.
I sat down obediently.
“We have watched you since you came here, and your report on Cox was enlightening….it helped show us what he really was like. We kind of expected this to happen….just…not with him at the center of the ruckus.” the man placed his hand on the file I gave to him, containing the information I had collaborated with axel and mar.
“Cox is going to be under surveillance the next week, but I can tell you that you have collected hard evidence against him, so he will, by the end of the week, walk off this compound, never to return. Thanks to you.”
I bowed my head, not knowing if I was being complemented or disciplined.
“Don’t bow your head Private. I’m congratulating you. Son we have decided, well the board and I have decided to promote you to a General ranking. You will be one of the ones we come to, to be the first ones to command certain aspects of troops, and help with battle plans. With that maybe you will achieve a higher status yet. General Fair, I understand you have a brother too am I correct?” the old man questioned.
“Yes Sir.” I answer.
The old man jotted down a note or two on his paper he had in front of him, “Alright, we shall look into him while we are at it,” he said to the person next to him, “boy, you are lucky. Either you have some guardian Angel that wants you to succeed, or you have a lot of connections. Soon I will probably start taking orders from you!” he chuckled.
“Anyway, that is all, general Fair. Return to..well…whatever you were doing.” he gave me a warm smile.
I stood up and saluted him, “Yes sir! thank you sir!”
with that, I walked out into the sunny day….well a new day it was, and it was going to be nice.
Expect..I got clotheslined before I even got six feet from the door.
I ended up being on my back looking up at Axel frowning.
“dude…..what happened?” he asked me helping me up.
I decided to have so fun with him, “umm you clotheslined me?” I said as he offered his hand.
Axel just looked at me, “dude….god you dense?”
“is that anyway to talk to an officer of same ranking hmmm?” I said looking at him.
His face went from a intrigued looked to a look of confusion.
“…same….ranking….???” He looked at me, still confused, and we started walking.
“I got promoted to general, that’s why the higher-ups called me back in, O’Ryan must like me or something, he was so nice, he……ah never mind.”
Axel slapped me on the back, “that’s awesome dude!”
I smiled, “yea…” He reminded me of my….father.. I thought.
Going back to the mid-town base, we talked about what happened, how I felt about the whole general thing now.
After we were done, we both saluted each other, which we never did, and parted ways.
I looked at the pin O’Ryan gave to me since I was general, the identification….. I pinned it to my coat and headed off base to the nearest town to the cafe to get a bite to eat or something.
I got to the cafe and walked in to see Aqua, and a black haired person talking to each other, and a blonde kid who surprisingly was asleep…and with the ruckus they were causing, I was surprised he was asleep in the first place….

Ding! I turned to the sound of the door opening. It was Terra; I gave him a weak smile. I pulled away a little from Xion, loping my arm around her shoulders. “Terra!” I called as I pulled her with me. “This is Xion, my little sister! Xion, this is Terra, my-” She cut me off. She was glaring at him, fire in her eyes. Oh, no….
“I know who he is!” she said hotly. She narrowed her eyes and flared her nose, making her cheeks red. “He’s that dirty farm pi-” I clapped my hand over her mouth.
“Hahah…a. Cough…Xion, don’t you have work to do?” I pushed her towards the kitchen door. Just before she disappeared behind the door, she turned and glared at Terra.
“Sorry ‘bout that…She’s just a little…er…Nevermind.” I laughed, nervously, rubbing my eyes to get rid of any evidence of tears. I paused, noticing a badge on his shirt. I felt a wave of displeasure. “What’s that?” My stomach sank.

I watched her sister walk through the kitchen door and sighed, joy, enemy number one huh? I thought to myself, another person who dislikes me…
Aqua looked at y shirt, “What’s that?” she asked.
I looked at my shirt at the new badge that now was pinned on it.
“O’Ryan Promoted me to general now…” I said. I wasnt happy, but I wasn’t sad about getting the promotion.
“I got Cox indited, well…not until the end of the week…..” I said sitting down into the chair opposite of her, she looked miffed, and decided it would be safer to stay a bit away.

“Terra, I asked you to wait ‘til later for us to talk about it.” I looked at the thing on his chest, feeling unsettled. He was only here for six months and he was promoted easily! While I’ve been here for nearly a year and a month! I sat down across from him, miffed, but not overly angry…not too much. I know he did it for me….
Sighing, I reached over the table once again and touched his hand. “Congratulations, Terra!” I smiled genuinely. “I’m proud of you!” I was, even if I was jealous. “Shall we celebrate? I heard they have a wonderful lemon pie here! Best in town!” I haven’t moved my hand from his.

I looked down, I felt as If…I don’t know, “maybe I should go?” I said, more to my self.
I looked at her hand where it sat. I held it in my hand and looked at her. “I’m sorry I didn’t wait to talk to you about it, I had a bandwagon so It got out of control. And when we got into the higher-ups office for the meeting..well it all went from there..” I squeezed her hand and smiled at her, “Sure I’ll take that lemon pie.” I said.
I thought i would stay after all, since she seemed….less…well…angry.

I smiled. I liked the feeling of his hand holding mine. I opened my mouth to say something, but someone else beat me to it.
“Hey, dude, what can I- well, hello there. Must be a date.” It was the sleeping blonde boy from earlier. He smiled unabashedly at me. Leaning in, he said ‘Wow, she’s cute!” I blushed, feeling both complemented and embarrassed. I glanced over at Terra. I was a little shocked to see his jaw clenched, staring at Ven with a blank expression. I made a move to take my hand back, but his hand slightly tighten around mine. I blushed even more.
“N-no, I-” I was cut off.
“Yes, we are.” Terra snapped sharply. The grip didn’t loosen. “We’ll have the pie. And-”he glance at the meal board”- two number five’s.To go.” Ven looked a little shocked, but nodded and left for the kitchen.
Terra’s eyes slowly began to widen, as if realizing something horrible. A few minutes later our food appeared. Terra, who looked a little guilty at Ven, paid and left a nice tip; he then dragged me out. He finally let go my hand. Walking a little ahead of me, I could see his ears turning a bit pink. “sorry” I barely heard him mumble.
“It’s okay. Come on,” I grabbed his hand again, interlocking fingers. It’s his fault. not that I minded. “Follow me, I know a park we can eat at.” I smiled up at him, seeing his blush; I giggled girlishly. It was becoming a good day.

She dragged me along the city streets, the sun beating down on us.
It was nice, holding her hand, going somewhere, where we didn’t have to hide who she was or what we were….well if we were anything.
I smiled, lunch, together, at a park, this is perfect. I chuckled to myself.
We ended up at this park that was surrounded by these big beautiful willow trees, that shaded a good portion of the park.
She took me over to one of the trunks of one and sat down.
The grass was nice and soft, the smell of Dew was in the air, nature….at its finest.
I sat next to her and leaned up against the base of the tree.
“This place…it’s beautiful…” I chuckled, looking around. “Reminds me of my farm back home, we have one of these trees by our house…”
I looked at aqua, “What made you pick this place?” I asked pulling her close to me, having her lean upon my chest as I did so on the tree.

“hmm” I leaned into his chest, resting my head on the curve between his neck and shoulder. “Because I thought it looked like Gongaga a little bit. And no ones here. ” I nuzzled closer. “It’s quiet and peaceful.” I waved my hand lazily. ‘It’s a nice day to be lazy…and sorry back at the cafe; I was a little jealous about your badge.” I paused. I smiled lazily up at him and kissed his chin. “Though, I don’t think I was the only one…” I kissed his chin again.

I bent down lower and kissed her lips. We sat there in each other’s arms, kissing and snuggling.
I kissed her neck slowly and she shivered under me
I chuckled a bit, “we should eat, our food is..cold now…”
I gave her some food and I took my share, I must have been hungry since I finished quickly, and ended up watching aqua eat the rest of her meal.
I think she didn’t like that i was watching her eat because her face turned red and she looked away. “stop watching me eat,” she said.
I chuckled and said I wouldn’t, so I looked the other way and watched the leaves to the trees blow in the wind….
I laid back again and closed my eyes…how long must I be in the army? I want to settle down, make a family….
The heat felt like it was rising but i didn’t mind, I was doing exactly what Marluxia said, im not straining, i’m relaxing, being careful not to pull my wounds open, tho If I moved so slightly like this that my cut would, “Ahh.” I placed my hand over my stomach, joy…….had to be now huh?
I peeked to see how bad the blood was and I smiled, if I could hide it from her id be fine.
“We should head back to the house when we’re done here, its our day off after all, well the week rather, so we should enjoy it… besides,” I stretched, “I was out for over a week so I want to enjoy my time off….not to mention maybe stop by and get some brandy or Vodka on the way back…” I checked my wallet to see how much money I had on me, “Do you want a special drink or something? I mean you’re not old enough to…but if you wanted to you could….but like I said, only if you wanted to…. I mean I’m here…so there’s not a problem.” I scratched the back of my head not knowing how she would react, or if she even knew I was 21.

I looked at him side ways. “I’m already lying about both my age and my gender. Might as well.” I stood up first. “Shall we go, then?” I held my hand out for him to take. Smiling awkwardly, he took it and stood up,too, but not letting my hand go. Not that I was complaining. An hour and a half later, we neared the base (we walked back) with his drinks in a medium size brown paper bag filled with other groceries. As we walked closer, we reluctantly released each other’s hands. We nodded at Lee March and Ryan Johnson, who were playing a game that looked similar to chess in the courtyard.
“Hey, Terra, we should go to the park again,” I told him as he held the door open. I walked past him towards to the counter to put away the food. “How about later this week? Like, maybe tomorrow or Fri-” I stopped talking and stared at him, holding pizza in one hand and vodka in the other.
“What?” he asked, looking a little confused.
“You’re bleeding.” It was a statement. I sighed loudly. “You should have told me…Go sit down and take off your shirt-”He opened his mouth but I cut him off- “Don’t fight me, Terra. Just do it.” I placed the items back on the counter, i opened a cabinet near the bathroom, taking out the first aid kit.
“Terra,” I said, pulling a chair next to him on the bed and opening the kit, “Please let me know if this happens again.” I finished unwrapping the old bandages and began to wrap clean ones around him. “I want you to heal well.” Finished, I gently touched his newly wrapped wound. Without intention, slowly, my hand caressed his abdominal muscles. I could feel his breathing and heartbeat through the tips on my fingers as they butterfly kissed along his chest. He captured it within his larger one. I looked up to his eyes. His brows were pushed together, causing a dent in the middle of his forehead; his lips were pushed tight. I looked straight at him, his eyes searched in mine. “Yes?”
“What…Are….” He paused, as if to find the words that seemed to have escaped him. I raised a brow at him.
“Yes?” I repeated.
“…Aqua…What are we?” He asked uncertainly. I tilted my head to the right, looking at his face, thinking.
“…We are what we want us to be, Terra.” I pushed a lock of hair from his face with my free hand. “That is to say, we are most definitely a couple. A strange one, at that, but one never the less. Is that what you want, Terra?”

I took her free hand in my own and brought it to my lips.
I kissed the inside of her palm, looking deep into her eyes.
Pulling her up into a kiss I replied, “I want you Aqua…”
I said it at a tone that could be considered deep and seductive, but it was the truth, I wanted her…more then anything…more then the military!
I smiled warmly at her, “You bring out the good in me, like no other person has done….no one can, you’re the only one….you make me…..happy…” I said slowly
I kissed her again, scooping her up gently into the ‘wedding carry’ that the broom does with his new bride over the new threshold.
I hugged her tight to my chest, ignoring the fact I was still topless and whether or not it made her feel uncomfortable.
I carried her over to her bed and laid her down, lower myself on top of her.
I kissed her neck slowly, trailing down her neck, then back up meeting her lips in my own.
I pulled her body towards mine, having her back arch as I continued to kiss.
I could tell she liked it as much as I since she didn’t object to it, but gave into it.
I kissed her lips over and over again, when she placed a finger in front of my mouth and smiled, “The food is getting cold…” she interrupted me, giggling.
I was brought back down to earth with a clear conscience, “right….” I kissed her a couple more times then got up off of her and picked up my vodka and pizza again.
“Go light on this stuff…” I said motioning to the vodka, tho I did buy other things, some Schnapps, Bourbon, Hard lemonade, and other strong and delicate drinks.
I motioned to the lemonade, “This stuff is good, try some.,..” I picked up a bottle, and offered it to her.
She pushed it away, “No, I am going to have what you’re having” she said getting herself one of our crystal glasses and poured her an entire drinkful.
I was going to voice that that was enough for four people, but I decided not to, not that I didn’t want to, but for her to learn for herself, the hard way.
I sat down and finished my pizza, slowly drinking my vodka.
Aqua on the other hand…..downed her entire drink in at least less then ten minutes.
Within a thirty minute time period, she consumed four, filled to the brim glasses, of vodka, three hard lemonades, and a shot of schnapps.

I smiled at my swimming brown haired champion. What was his name again? Ron? John? Terry? No, Henry! Yeah, that’s it, Henry. I smiled at Henry. “Henry, my man! My bubby! My onumber onnnnnnnnnnnne right hand man…Why do you have my right hand, Henry? I think I might need my right hand…But wait I have my left” I held up my left hand. “see? i can wiggle my toes” I giggled. “Toes nose toes nose! Hey, hey henry, How do you spell toes? is it N O S E S?” I waved my hand in my face. “Hey, Hey Henry. Henry? Henry, are you listening?! I need to tall you a mission secret. I think it was you…Henry, are you listening?” I shook him. “DON”T GO IN TO THE LIGHT, HENRY! IT’S FULL OF DEAD PEOPLE, HENRY! THEY’RE FUCKING ZOMBIES, AND THEY’RE GOING TO FUCKING EAT YOU, HENRY!” I hiccuped. “Haha. Zombies are yummy. AAren’t they, Henry? Have you ever had fried Zombie brains? I heard they’re good.” I paused. “Oh about that mission, Henry. You see,Henry, there’s this here boy…well. he’s not really a boy…nope. most deif-it-ly not a boy…well, this male homo-homo-hom-something, his name’s Terra, you see.The mission..is to tell him I love him, you see. So much so, Henry, that I want to propose to him and ask his mum for his hand in marriage. Are you still listening, Henry? have the Zombies gotta your toes’ noses yet? Anyway,Henry, he reminds me…of my brother..um I think his name’s Zid, or Sam, or maybe Xan….I don’t rmember. BUT the point is…thats not why i like him.
“Henry, Terra is the most amazing person….” I smiled dreamily. “His eyes are so beautiful, like dark storm clouds. But they make me feel safe…His presence is….i can’t even think of words to tell you, Henry. But he’s sweet, sweeter than anything. He loves me, too. I can tell, Henry. I can tell, because it’s how my uncle Miles, my papa’s brother, looks at his husband. And how Mama and Papa looked at each other too. Henry, i really love Terra. I want to marry ‘im. “ I looked down. “Henry, are you hot? I’m really hot, Henry. I’m going to strip now, Hermy. No looking!” I pulled off my tops. “Henry, a zombie’s biting-g you nose’s toes.”

But this Coxasuorass, he accaked me, and was really rough and it scared me, Henry, like realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly scared me….but her’s the realy secret….If Terra tried that on me, Henry” I leanedin close to him” If he was rough on me like that, and wanted to fuck me…I would enjoy every mintue of it, Henry. Every minute.” I smiled at him.” and i wish he would henry, I think and dream about him doing that, henry.” I wrapped my arms around him. “I wish the fishie king would be come sushi…But Im sleepy, so Im going to the pizza hut to sleep in their frindgeeeeeeee……” the world went dark.

My eyes got big when aqua started calling me…rather yelling at me about henry. After awhile I caught on and knew that I was her ‘henry’ character and terra was no longer there.
It was interesting, different, and definitely not aqua.
She started on talking about ZOMBIES and spelling things.
I found out that, from her rant, thanks to being drunk..really….REALLY drunk. I found out amazing things.
She loved me…she LOVED me!…..I tried to keep composure, since she was drunk, and thought I was henry, I couldn’t do anything to her, it would make me feel bad.
One thing went after another, and she let more information slip.
Then she told me about Cox, what he did, and if I did that to her, she would want it, and enjoy it, then Aqua claimed to be getting hot and stripped right there, bra, shirt, everything.
